At Equeene Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your riding apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring they are free of horse hair, dirt, or signs of wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
